At Astoria Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form will be emailed to you immediately.
Package Your Jewelry
Securely place the jewelry in its original gift box and include the return form inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
